Please Note:
- If you do not receive the email, please ensure that your IT team has whitelisted either jumper-emea.com or jumper.ai, based on your account instance. Whitelisting the correct domain should resolve any email delivery issues.
Procedure
This process explains how to reset your password for Jumper.ai using the "Forgot Password?" option.
- Navigate to the Jumper login screen and click the "Forgot Password?" link located below the login form.
- Enter your registered email address associated with your account, complete the reCAPTCHA verification, and then click "Send Reset Link". This will send an email with a password reset link to your registered email address.
- Click the "Reset My Password" button in the email to proceed with resetting your password.
- You will be redirected to the "Reset Your Password" page. Enter a new password that meets the required criteria, complete the reCAPTCHA verification, and click "Confirm Password".
- Once the password is successfully changed, you will be redirected to the login page, and a confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the password reset.
