Procedure
This process will explain the process of updating the user profile details in Jumper.ai
- Navigate to the "Edit Profile" option in the left sidebar and click on it to access the "My Profile" page.
- In the Profile Details section, you can:
- Upload your profile picture
- Edit your name
- Create a unique Live Chat link in your account to directly connect with users by sharing a simple URL. This feature is applicable only when WhatsApp is set as the channel.
Please note: The email address cannot be changed as it is linked to your account for access.
