Procedure

This process will explain how to change the password in Vonage Conversational Connect (Jumper.ai)

1. Once you have successfully logged in to Jumper, the following screen will be displayed:
   
   
    
2. Click on the "Edit Profile" icon in the left sidebar to access the My Profile page. Under My Profile, you will find the Change Password section. Enter your current and new passwords, ensuring that all password requirements are met. Then click the "Save" button at the top.
   
   
    
3. Once the password is successfully changed, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen, and you will receive an email notification about the password change.
