Question
What is an RCS tester account?
Applies To
- Rich Communication Services
- Messaging
Answer
Before an Agent is verified and launched, an RBM tester account allows you to send messages to selected users (testers). You do this by sending them a Tester Invite, which they must accept in order to participate in the testing process. This enables you to test the functionality and performance of the RBM service with a controlled group before it goes live.
