2. Fast and Stable Internet Connection: Jumper.ai relies on a stable internet connection for optimal performance. A slow or unreliable internet connection can result in delays and disruptions. We recommend using a high-speed internet connection to enjoy uninterrupted service.
3. Disable Ad Blockers: Ad blockers installed on your browser or device can interfere with the loading times of the Jumper.ai platform and Live Chat functionality. To avoid any conflicts, please ensure that you have disabled any ad-blocking plugins or apps while using Jumper.ai.
4. VPN and Domain Whitelisting: When using an official work device, it is common for security teams to set up VPNs or block certain domains. To avoid potential conflicts, please consider the following steps:
   • Turning off the VPN: If you experience issues while using the Jumper.ai platform, try temporarily turning off your VPN to see if the problem persists. In some cases, VPN configurations can interfere with the platform's performance.
   • Whitelisting Domains: Ensure that your IT and Security teams have whitelisted the following domains to allow seamless communication with Jumper.ai:

     2. https://www.pusher.com/ 
     3. https://www.facebook.com/
   • If you’re using any Integrations for payment, shipping or others via Jumper platform, those domains need to be whitelisted as well.

By whitelisting these domains, you ensure that Jumper.ai can be enabled on the desired network.
