- Disable Ad Blockers: Ad blockers installed on your browser or device can interfere with the loading times of the Jumper.ai platform and Live Chat functionality. To avoid any conflicts, please ensure that you have disabled any ad-blocking plugins or apps while using Jumper.ai.
- VPN and Domain Whitelisting: When using an official work device, it is common for security teams to set up VPNs or block certain domains. To avoid potential conflicts, please consider the following steps:
