Signing In to Jumper

Only the owner or admins of the account can send invitations to other team members and manage their roles. Agents and Members don't have access to User roles.
- Once you have received an invitation email via ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ to join, Click on ‘Join your team’.
- This will redirect you to the Login page, where you need to enter your email (enter the same email in which you receive the invitation), then click on Proceed.
- Then enter a password for your account and click Login.
You need to provide a password which contains:
- at least one capital and one small letter,
- at least one special character
- At least one number
- minimum count for characters must be 12.
If you manage multiple accounts and have already logged In to another account, simply logout and re-login to your account, then you will find the invited account listed under your accounts.
