Alphanumeric Sender ID
  • *41240 MTN: Sender ID registration is required. Sender ID is case sensitive and must contain brandname.
  • Other networks: Alphanumeric Sender IDs are supported.
Numeric Sender ID
  • 41201 AWCC: Numeric Sender IDs will be overwritten to a generic Alpha Sender ID to ensure delivery.
  • 41240 MTN: Numeric Sender IDs are not supported.
  • Other networks: Numeric Sender IDs are supported.
Generic Sender ID Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc are prohibited.
