Sender ID Guidelines

Alphanumeric Sender ID

Cootel/Xinwei (45616): Alpha Sender IDs are not supported and will be overwritten to a random international number to ensure delivery.

*Smart (45606): Sender IDs require pre-registration.

Viettel (45608): Alpha Sender IDs will be overwritten to a random sender ID to ensure delivery.

Other networks: Alphanumeric sender IDs are supported. 
Numeric Sender ID Numeric sender IDs are supported.
Generic Sender ID Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc are prohibited.

Higher quality routes towards Smart Cambodia for notification, OTP messages and marketing.

This route requires pre-registration of alpha sender IDs. Otherwise, operators may block the traffic.
