Question
How long is the data for call stored?
Applies To
- Calls
- Data Retention
Answer
The data of the calls that are stored for every member in a conversation is retained for 30 days. This means that API requests to /calls or /legs will return objects that are no older than 30 days.
If you are using the API endpoints for call retrieval for your own logging purposes, make sure to change the frequency matches the data retention policy so your logs will include all the legs with no gaps.
