Symptom
The address I am using for purchasing numbers isn't being accepted.
Applies To
- Adress Verification
- Purchasing Numbers
Resolution
Use a site like Google Maps to try your address format to see if there is a different format for the street, building number, postal code, etc. In some cases, simply using the postal code that Google finds can remedy the address issues.
Cause
This can be related to a formatting difference. In some cases, especially with non-standard address formats, the Vonage system may reject an address that you see as valid. Some long virtual numbers require a local presence in the region in which they are located or an address for verification purposes.
