Account level Password Settings in Conversational Connect (Jumper.ai)

Objective

Allow administrators to define and manage password reset policies for all team member accounts, helping ensure account security by enforcing regular password resets across the team.

Procedure

Password Settings lets administrators configure the password expiry duration for all team member accounts, up to a maximum of 180 days.

Enforcing password expiry settings enhances account security by ensuring all team members update their passwords regularly, reducing the risk of unauthorized access from compromised or outdated credentials.

To configure password expiry settings for all team member accounts, follow these steps:

1. From the Dashboard, go to Settings → Password Settings.
   
   
   
   
    
2. Enable the Password Expiry Setting toggle.
3. In the Passwords expire field, enter the number of days before the password should expire (maximum value: 180 days).
4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Note: This setting will apply to all team member accounts.
