Setting up your Business Profile in Jumper.ai.

Procedure
From the Jumper dashboard, go to Settings → Business Profile to access your Business Profile.
The Business Profile section provides the following details:
- Account Details
This section displays the Account Name, Account ID, and API Key.
Account ID: Required when raising a support ticket to help identify your account.
API Key: Generated via the Vonage API Dashboard and used for billing purposes.
Note: You can only edit Account Name
- Business Address
You can update your business address here.
Contact Details
This section provides options to manage and update the Primary Contact Details, Business Contact Details, and Customer Support Contact Details.
Primary Contact Number: This phone number will be shared with your customers if you have not set up a number for support.Business Contact Details: We will use the Business email and Business phone no. to contact you.
Note: When setting up the Business Email, you will be required to enter an OTP sent by Jumper to verify the email address.
Contact details for customer support: This email and phone number will be shared with customers to reach your customer support
Note: When setting up the Customer Support Email, you will be required to enter an OTP sent by Jumper to verify the email address.
- Timezone
Set a timezone of the region where your business is located.
Disable account
In case you wish to discontinue with Jumper, you can disable the account and inform your Account Manager to stop billing. All account data will be deleted after 30 days.
Note: Once you disable your account, all your account data along with applied subscription will be disabled and can’t be recovered.
Click on Disable account, enter DISABLE, and then click Yes, disable my account.
