Setting up Message Shortcuts for Live Chat.

Procedure
Message shortcuts are designed to help you keep a consistent brand language and tonality, and assist your agents to respond quickly to customers for some commonly asked questions. There is no limit to the number of message shortcuts you can create. Make it easy for your agents so they don’t need to copy and paste from other documents.
Follow the steps below to set them up in your account:
- From the dashboard, go to Settings → Live Chat Settings.
- Select Message shortcuts and click on the Add new button.
- Add new shortcuts by choosing a shortcut name, which live chat agents can access by typing Ctrl+/ in the typing window within the Live Chat section. Save the shortcut by clicking Add New, and it will be available immediately.
- A message shortcut can be accessed in Live Chat by typing Ctrl + / in the typing window and then selecting the required shortcut message.
