Procedure
The Dashboard provides the following:
- Information and status of the connected channels
- Quick access to Knowledge Base Articles
- Option to quickly submit Support tickets
You can use the Dashboard to monitor the status of your connected channels and easily navigate to support resources and ticket submission.
After logging in, you will land on the Dashboard page. From here, you can navigate to Broadcast, Customers, Live Chat, Bot Builder, Analytics, Channels, Edit Profile, Switch Accounts, and Logout using the left-side panel.
