This guide will show you how to raise a support ticket from the Dashboard.

Procedure
On the Dashboard, locate the Help Center section, click the “Submit Ticket” button to raise a support request. Please make sure to include your Account ID, as shown on the Dashboard (e.g., "JumperLite QA Internal Test Account"), in your ticket.
