On the Dashboard, you will see an overview of your connected channels and their current status.
For WhatsApp:
Information Available:
- Connection Status
- Vonage Application Name
- WhatsApp Business Number
Clicking on the channel will redirect you to the Channel Connection page for more details.
For Google RCS:
Information Available:
- Connection Status
- RCS Agent Name without spaces or special characters
