Procedure

On the Dashboard, you will see an overview of your connected channels and their current status.

For WhatsApp:

Information Available:

  • Connection Status
  • Vonage Application Name
  • WhatsApp Business Number

Information Available:

  • Connection Status
  • RCS Agent Name without spaces or special characters
