Caller ID Guidelines

Overview

Vonage virtual numbers can be requested from the Vonage's Customer Dashboard and recommended to be used to reach local subscribers.

All Voice traffic sent to Russia will be changed to a random CLI (Caller ID), in agreement with local operators and suppliers requirements.

If you have a requirement to use a specific CLI, contact your account manager or submit a Support request. Traffic with a Russian CLI is likely to be filtered by local operators and suppliers.
