Objective
A step by step guide for Vonage Partners to go to App Dashboard and make their Meta App live.

- Vonage Partners who are in the process of completing Tech Provider enrolment with Meta or have completed Tech Provider enrolment with Meta
Procedure
Making Meta App live
Step 1 - Partner Admin should login into Meta, and go to App Dashboard
Step 2 - Partner Admin should select the App they have used to create a Multi-Partner Solution with Vonage and go to the top of the page.
Step 3 - Partner Admin should go to the toggle button beside "App Mode", and switch it from "Development to "Live"
Note: To ensure messaging services are not hampered, Partner MUST NOT make any changes to the App's Mode (it should be 'Live' always), or delete/deactivate the App, or make any changes to the Solution created with Vonage in any way.
Why should I make the App 'Live'?
Multi-Partner Solutions allow Solution Partners like Vonage and Tech Providers to jointly manage customer WhatsApp assets in order to provide WhatsApp messaging services to end businesses.
These Solutions are linked to an App under the Partner's Meta Business Portfolio (aka Business Manager) on the Meta side, and with a 'Shared' WhatsApp business account of the end-business.
For the Solutions to be active and hence enable the partner or Tech Provider to access their clients' WhatsApp assets, the linked App needs to be Active.
