Sender ID Guidelines

Alphanumeric Sender ID

Sender ID for all Taiwan networks will be overwritten to ensure delivery.
Numeric Sender ID Sender ID for all Taiwan networks will be overwritten to ensure delivery.

Delivery of content with URL is not guaranteed due to fraud concerns. 

*We can provide content registration service for retail customer. All content needs to be registered. Contact your account manager if you are interested in this option. From 15 Nov 2024, registered contents that contain URL will need to be re-registered when there is any change in the URL's domain name (eg. www.vonage.com --> api.vnge.net). Shared URL shorteners (bit.ly, tinyurl) are not allowed.
Encoding Extension character set |^€{}[~]\ in the GSM 7-bit default table would be changed to triangle signs △ as advised by telco. Alternatively, bracket symbols < > are supported.
