Sender ID

Mobilink (MCCMNC: 41001): non-registered Sender IDs will be overwritten to any generic Alpha Sender IDs or short codes.

Warid (MCCMNC: 41007): non-registered Sender IDs will be overwritten to any generic Alpha Sender IDs or short codes.

CMPak (MCCMNC: 41004): Support Alphabets Aa to Zz (26) and Shortcode length upto 6 digits. All dynamic, alphanumeric and longcode sender ID’s will be rejected. 

We recommend registering your alpha Sender IDs with us towards Mobilink and Warid to improve delivery quality towards these networks. Please contact your account manager or support team for more details if you would like to register your traffic. 

Other networks: Sender IDs towards the rest of Pakistan networks can be replaced to ensure delivery. Short codes are supported on all Pakistan networks.

Ongoing Delivery Issue towards Telenor (MCCMNC: 41006) 

Due to a long term issue on operator side, customers may experience intermittent SMS degradation on a daily basis towards Telenor network. There is no ETA provided by Telenor yet for a fix.

Any marketing content that is considered by the local networks to be spam is not allowed.

Other Features or Restrictions

Delivery Receipts

Delivery receipt of SMS to Pakistan networks are supported up to the network level, therefore it is not a handset delivery receipt.
