Sender ID Guidelines

Alphanumeric Sender ID

Sender IDs are case-sensitive and must contain the brand name.

Asiacell - Sender IDs may be changed to ensure delivery.
Numeric Sender ID

Numeric sender IDs are not supported unless offered by Vonage's 2-way service.

Numeric Sender IDs will be overwritten to ensure delivery
Generic Sender ID Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc are prohibited.

Marketing Traffic Before sending any marketing traffic, opt-in consent is required from handset users.
