*Sender ID Pre-registration is mandatory. Marketing traffic is allowed (apart from Mobily) but your registered sender ID must have the suffix '-AD' at the end, and is included as part of the maximum 11 digit length allowed (e.g. Vonage-AD). If you are sending non-marketing traffic as well, you will need to register 2 sender IDs (one for marketing and one for non-marketing).

The operator Mobily have themselves suspended marketing traffic until further notice, it will not be possible for anyone to send such messages at this time.

Additionally, marketing traffic must only be sent between the hours of 8am to 10pm local time (UTC +3).

Before sending any marketing traffic, opt-in consent is required from handset users.

URL content Any URL included in messages must also be registered along with sender ID registration, and should match the brand name. Additionally, shortened URLs are not permitted. If additional URLs are required in future, these may also need separate registration.
