Objective
A step by step guide for Vonage Partners to create and deactivate a Meta multi-partner Solution with Vonage. This is also a part of Tech Provider enrolment for partners.

- Vonage Partners who are in the process of completing Tech Provider enrolment with Meta
Procedure
Solution Creation by Partner
Step 1 - Partner Admin should login into Meta, and go to App Dashboard > WhatsApp > Partner Solutions > Create a partner solution
Step 2.1 - Add the Solution name (Preferable format “<Partner Name> Vonage Solution <Main API key>”)
Step 2.2 - For Partner App ID, please use Vonage’s App ID: 1767162543555562
Step 2.3 - Under Permission configuration, please ensure “Send Messages” permission is set to “Only my Partner” and NOT “Only me”, else the solution will need to be created again.
Step 2.4 - To expedite Solution request acceptance on the Vonage side, please contact your Vonage account manager or business engineering PoC after sending the request
Solution Deactivation by Partner
Step 1 - Go to App Dashboard > WhatsApp > Partner Solutions > "Edit" of the partner solution > Deactivate
Step 2.1 - Press "Send deactivation request" to send a deactivation request to Vonage.
Step 2.2 - To expedite acceptance on the Vonage side, please contact your Vonage account manager or business engineering PoC after sending the deactivation request

Multi-Partner Solutions allow Solution Partners like Vonage and Tech Providers to jointly manage customer WhatsApp assets in order to provide WhatsApp messaging services to end businesses.
