Overview

International reach:

  • Calls from International numbers are supported.

Domestic reach:

  • Domestic calls from Local CLI is not supported.
  • The self-service buying of numbers is not available for India at this time on Vonage's Customer Dashboard. Customers can still request a new number from Customer Dashboard by filling in and submitting the required information or by contacting their Account Manager to start the order. After the request is reviewed and there is no issue, the new number will be reserved for customer. However these numbers are for inbound only.
  • Outbound calls from Toll Free numbers are not supported.
CLI No limitations apart from Local CLI or invalid CLIs as explained in In-Country, Local, or No-CLI Calls Rejected.

Additional Information

  • To increase the likelihood of Voice termination contact your Account Manager to register your usage. 

Guidelines to Prevent Call Blocking:

  • ACD (average call duration): 1 min and above- depending on the traffic profile
  • Minimize repetitive calls from the same number within an hour or in a day/or for any specific city.
  • No calls from invalid number/modified CLIs/spoofed origination/ short numbers
  • Low ASR (not completing attempts)
  • High CPS (Calls Per Second)
