To access the WhatsApp Business Account manager.

Procedure
Once you have accepted the invitation to our Facebook Business Manager and your email has been added to your WABA, you will then be able to access your WhatsApp Manager.
Here are the steps to access it:
- Go to Vonage Facebook Business Manager here
- In the left panel, under the Accounts Tab, click on WhatsApp Accounts.
- Search for your WABA ID
- Under the Settings tab, click on WhatsApp Manager.
- This will direct you to your WhatsApp Manager page and you will be able to navigate through the different menus under the Account tools tab:
Insights: View the usage and analytics of your phone numbers.
Message templates: View, create, or update your message templates.
Phone numbers: View and manage your WhatsApp numbers.
Additional Information
- Ensure you are logged in using the Facebook account you used when accepting the invitation.
- Please submit a support request if you would like your email to be added to another WABA ID.
