Verifying if China Relay is enabled and that the appropriate users are using China Relay during sessions.

Procedure

A simple way to verify that China Relay is enabled and that the appropriate users are using China Relay during the sessions is through the Session Inspector Tool. A user can validate that their sessions have China Relay enabled by doing the following:

  1. Use the Session Inspector tool to search for your associated Session ID.

  2. Expand the User Data section.
  3. Select the ID List tab.
  4. Under the Routing section, if Regional is present, then China Relay is being used to route the session for that particular user.
