Manage all your customers easily in our comprehensive CRM. Here you can easily access and explore customer’s information captured at the time on interaction such as Name, Email, Phone numbers, last interactions, past interactions with agents, past purchases, custom data, etc.
Procedure
- To get started, locate the Customers in the menu.
- Here, you will find a list of your customers and their information like Name, Email, Platform, etc. To view more details on any of the customers simply click on the ‘eye’ icon listed under ACTIONS.To search any particular customer by ID, email or filter your search with similar tags or custom fields, click on the search icon and select any of the options.
- Once clicked on the Icon, you will find a pop-up containing the detailed view of the customer with more information like Phone No., Timezone, Last interactions, Tags, Custom data, Past purchases, Past interactions, etc.
TAGs
To add new Tags, simply click on the ‘+’ icon, then add your tag and click on Add, the tag will be added to the list of tags.
Custom data
To add new Custom data, simply type your text on the Add new field and enter the value in the next field. To delete any previously added data, hover your mouse on the field you wish to delete, you will find a delete icon on the right hand side, click on it to delete the field. This data helps your agents/team members to understand the customers better.
Past Purchases
To view customer’s Past purchases, click on View order details
Past Interactions
In Past interactions, you can view the agents who had interacted with the customers in the past conversations. Click on View more to view all the list of agents interacting with the customer.
