  2. Download the sample CSV file by clicking on the Click here option, then edit the file and add your list of customers.

  3. Edit and add your customer's details in the downloaded sample CSV file, and add the mandatory details of the customer.

    • These are the mandatory columns in the CSV file:

countrycode: Mobile number country code (eg.: "65" for Singapore)
      mobileNumber: Mobile number
      firstName: First name
      lastName: Last name

  4. You can add a column named "TAG" using which you can add custom tags to your customer (each tag needs to be separated by "@" sign, for eg.: tag1@tag2@tag3)

TAGS: Tags provide a quick way to classify and group related items, making it easier to search, filter, and manage information efficiently. To include these tags for your customers, navigate to the TAG column. Enter the first tag, such as “Premium Member”, followed by “@” for the subsequent tags, for example, “@Fashion@Electronics”.

  5. You can also add columns with any custom name in order to add "custom data fields" to your contact (for example we have added 2 columns in the sample CSV file named "custom_field_1_name" and "custom_field_2_name"). You can add as many custom fields as you want.

Custom Field: Custom fields provide users with extra data fields that they can customize according to their unique requirements within a system. To incorporate your custom fields for customers, simply edit or add the column name as the custom data field name, and input the data as the custom field value. For example, for the column name "Gender," the value could be "Male," or for the column name "Membership," the value could be "Platinum."
