For 10DLC, Toll-Free Numbers, Short Codes:
- Images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png and .gif)
- Video (For best device and network support .mp4 is recommended.)
- Audio. (For best device and network support .mp3 is recommended)
- vCard (.vcf files)
For live action videos, 15-30 seconds or less is recommended. For motion graphics, 45 seconds or less is recommended
