Setting up a WhatsApp widget on your website

Procedure
- To get started, go to Channels —> WhatsApp.
- Then click on the WhatsApp widget tab.
Here, you will find the options to customize your WhatsApp widget, by specifying details like background color, Text color, Greeting text & Intent message.
While customising you can also view the preview on the right of your screen by hovering your mouse over the WhatsApp icon.
- Lastly, copy and paste the code in the body section of your website.
