Procedure
You can add up to 30 unique numeric and alphanumeric Sender IDs for your application. You can read more about Sender Identity guidelines here.
- To add Sender IDs, navigate to Channels → SMS on your Jumper dashboard
-
Go to the Enter Sender ID section, input your desired Sender ID, and click on Add to save it.
Once added, you will see a count displayed (e.g., 2/30) indicating the number of Sender IDs currently linked out of the maximum limit of 30.
- Set one of the added Sender IDs as the Default Sender ID by selecting the appropriate option. This Sender ID will be used by default when sending SMS if no specific Sender ID is selected.
Delete Sender ID:
To delete a Sender ID, click on the Delete icon next to the Sender ID you want to remove. Confirm the action when prompted to permanently delete the selected Sender ID.
