Is It Possible to Remove or Delete an Existing RCS Agent?

Answer
At this time, RCS Agents cannot be deleted or permanently removed once they have been created. The structure of the RCS platform does not currently support full agent deletion.
However, depending on your use case, you may be able to update or modify certain aspects of the agent — such as branding details, capabilities, or linked regions — based on your business needs.
