Sender ID

Sender IDs will be overwritten as follows:

• Digitel (73401) - "VERIFY", "InfoSMS", or "538350"
• Movistar (73404) - Messages will be delivered with a short-code
• Movilnet (73406) - Alpha dynamic as long as the sender is less than 12 characters, if the sender has more than 12 chars, the message will be delivered with a numeric sender.

Custom pre-registered Alpha Sender ID can be used for Digitel (73401) only, at this time.

Content

There are no additional content restrictions beyond those in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Unicode

Unicode is not well supported.

Concatenated Messages

Concatenated SMS is not well supported.

Other Features or Restrictions

Delivery Receipts

Handset delivery receipts are not supported.

Peak Hours

Movilnet terminates into the national P2P network, so during peak hours, and especially Fridays, there may be periods of delayed delivery.
