Will I be charged for an SMS rejected by Fraud Defender Traffic Rules?

Answer
By default, Vonage will accept requests to send SMS to all possible networks and charge you at your usual rate for the country. However, if the SMS is rejected by the Fraud Defender BLOCK traffic rules, no charges will be applied to the specific outbound SMS request.
