Resolution
- Please check the role that is assigned to the user in the Video API account dashboard.
- Only users with the 'developer' or 'admin' role can see the save icon on the Inspector tool.
- If a user is assigned a viewer role, they would not be able to see the Save icon and they need to contact their admin of the Video API dashboard to change their role to either developer or admin
