Alphanumeric sender IDs are not supported.
Numeric Sender ID

Numeric sender IDs are not supported unless offered by Vonage's 2-way service.

Some US telecom operators offer local service in Puerto Rico which requires 10DLC registration. Local carriers in Puerto Rico do not require 10DLC registration.
