Procedure
Now you can create a unique Live chat link in your account for the users who you want to directly connect with by sharing a simple link.
Generally agents/brand advisors should create this. If your retail staff is using Jumper Dashboard for Live Chat, they can pass this link to their customers to connect with them directly.
A Live Chat Unique link skips all bot journeys and is directly connected to Live Chat agent.
This Unique link also skips any routing mechanisms that you may have set in Groups. (Team Members>Groups)
If you manage multiple accounts, the keyword that you generate for a unique link, will be applied across all connected accounts, so choose your keyword accordingly.

Note: Once you create a unique Live chat, it cannot be changed or deleted.
- To Create a Unique Live chat link, go to ‘Edit Profile’.
- Here you will find an option to set your keyword for your unique Live chat link, enter your keyword and click on Save.
- Now your unique link will be generated across all your linked accounts with your email and connected with all added channels.
