Bot Builder - Organizing your Bots by creating Folders

Objective

How to create folders and organize your Bots.

Procedure

In case you have multiple bots and it's getting difficult to manage them all at once, we provide folders options to let you group them according to category and manage them as per your need.

Follow the below steps to create a folder to manage your bots:

  1. Click on +Create new folder option

  2. A pop up will appear where you can add your required name for the folder a9.png

  3. After adding the name, click on the Save button to proceed

  4. Now your new folder has been created as you can see in the below image

  5. Now click on Select a folder to add your bot to your created folder

  6. Select the folder which you want to add your bot from the dropdown as shown in the below image

  7. DONE! Your bot has been added to your created folder, you can manage the added bots by clicking on the folder name as shown below

Note: Once you have made a folder you can not delete it.
