Question

When generating the inbound SMS CDRs of the same date from Reports API, why do results in different total counts when checking at different times?

Answer

If you observe this discrepancy, it means that some inbound messages couldn't be delivered to your webhook successfully the first time, and they entered retries of 24 hours. The inbound SMS CDRs will be inserted into the database once the retries finish, and the count of SMS CDRs will increase.
