This page provides insights on the progress on which broadcast messages are sent and insights on the outcome of sending Broadcasts to your target audiences.

Broadcast Name Name of Broadcast
Channels Filter the order data based on channels like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, RCS, etc.
Broadcast Status

*Statuses may vary between messaging channels*

Sent: Broadcast message has been sent out

Delivered: Message has been delivered to user

Not Delivered: Message has not been delivered to user

Read: User has read the message

Failed/Undeliverable: Failed when a broadcast channel is verifying details/parameters before sending

Rejected: Message sending was rejected by Channel

Ready to send/Tracker sending error: Message that is yet to be sent

Submitted: Vonage has sent a message to Channel

Unsubscribed: Broadcast message is not sent as User has unsubscribed

Unknown_MAPI: Due to unknown reason

Date Range Filter your data based on a date range when Broadcast message was sent

Target Recipients No of Users intended for Broadcast
Unique Users No. of unique users, Distinct count of Conversation id
Broadcast Sent No of Users to whom sending of Broadcast has been attempted and successfully sent in the first attempt
Sent Percentage Broadcast Sent/ Target Recipients
Response Users who have responded to Broadcast. This would include text and button inputs visible in the Conversation from the User after the Broadcast Message.

Target Recipients This gives the unique count of broadcasts that are sent in the first attempt
Total Messages Sent (Primary Channel + Failover SMS) Distinct Count of Total Broadcasts sent under the condition that fail reason is null for primary and secondary channel, thereby indicating that the broadcasts that were sent, delivered, read, etc(all positive statuses) successfully

 

Primary Channel Scorecards Description
Primary Channel Distinct Count of broadcasts where the broadcasts are attempted using the primary channels
Sent Count of broadcasts where the broadcasts are are sent using the primary channels
Not Sent Count of broadcasts where the broadcasts aren’t sent in the first attempt using the primary channels
