All Channels Connected Sales Channel where your customers are interacting on
Custom Data Tags Filter your data based on Conversation Custom Data Fields

Date Range Filter your data based on when the Last Interaction with Users happened

 

Metric Description
Interacted Users No of Users who have sent a message or received a message from you
Active Users No of Users who have sent a message to you
Paid Orders

No of Paid Orders made during the period 

*This does not include Orders made from Checkout Links

Repeat Customers No of Users who made a Paid Order and is also a Repeat Customer. Repeat Customers are Customers who placed multiple successful orders since creation of Jumper account

Filters Description
Date Range Filter your data based on a date range when Users subscribe/unsubscribe
Channels Filter the data based on channels like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.

Metric Description
Total Enrolled Users

This Metric gives the information on total enrolled users which do not include unsubscribed users.

Also shows Enrolled Users for the Past 7 Days.

Total Unsubscribed Users

Users that unsubscribed from Broadcasts. These Users would have an “unsubscribed” or ”unsubscribeallbots” or “unsubscribetoallbot” in the custom fields.

Also shows Unsubscribed Users for the Past 7 Days


Dimension Description
Unsubscribed Users Trend graph that shows unsubscribed users over time.
These Users would have an “unsubscribed” or ”unsubscribeallbots” or “unsubscribetoallbot” in the custom fields.
Enrolled Users Trend graph that shows Subscribed users over time.
These users are Total Users -(minus) Users would have an “unsubscribed” or ”unsubscribeallbots” or “unsubscribetoallbot” in the custom fields.

Here, Enrolled and Subscribed can be used synonymously.

This page shows the subscription and expiry trends for Facebook Notifications.

Date Range

Filter your data based on a date range when Users subscribe

*Does not filter on expiring users

Notifications Filter data based on name of the Facebook Notification
Channel Dropdown to select a specific channel
Metric Description
Subscribed Users

Users that subscribed to Facebook Notifications. 

Shows Subscribed Users for

  • Past 7 Days
Expiring Users

Subscribed Users whose token will be expiring.

Shows Expiring Users in

  • Next 7 Days
Dimension Description
Notification Expiry Trend

Month-wise expiry trend. It shows the number of expiring subscriptions by month.


Note: This is not affected by the Date Range filter

Expired Notification Month-wise expired notifications trend. It shows the number of expired subscriptions by month.
