Question
How do I know if I have gone into Audio-Only Fallback mode?
Applies To
- Audio-Only Fallback
- Routed Session
Answer
If you are using a Routed Session, it is possible that due to bandwidth limitation, the Media Server has triggered Audio Only Fallback. The reason for this is to maintain some level of communication when there is not enough bandwidth for video. You can place a log message into the 'videoDisabled' event handler method to determine if this is the case.
