Symptom
When using Vonage Video API over Chrome 66, interface sounds do not play, the audio visualizer failures, or your WebRTC application does not play sound from remote peers. The audioLevelUpdated event and the animation for audio level do not work.

Resolution
Ensure you are using the latest version of Chrome and Vonage Video API SDKs.
Cause
This issue is related to Chrome's autoplay policy, which was introduced with Chrome 66.
