Question
Can I switch from Per-Participant Minute model (PPM) back to Stream-Subscribed Minutes(SSM) billing model?
Applies To
- Vonage Video API
- Billing
- Per-Participant Minute model
- Stream-Subscribed Minutes model
Answer
If you are a managed customer, please reach out to your Account Manager to discuss your billing plan.
If you are a new customer, Per-Participant Minute will be your default billing model. As Per-Participant Minute is now currently the default, Stream-Subscribed Minutes is no longer available for new sign-ups.
If you are an existing standard customer, once you are in the Per-Participant Minute model, you will not be able to switch back to the Stream-Subscribed Minutes model.
