Customers who are on Vonage Whatsapp conversation-based pricing will be charged Vonage fees + Whatsapp fee only per conversation. For more details please refer to How does Vonage's WhatsApp conversation pricing model work? Please refer to the Pricing page for the Vonage fee per conversation. The pricing details returned in the webhook are not accurate for Conversation based pricing and hence can be ignored. Our product team is working to provide a comprehensive report for the Whatsapp conversations through our platform with the right pricing.
