Discounts set up in Jumper.ai are not working as expected.

Resolution
If any of your promotions or discounts don’t seem to be working as they should, review the following common scenarios and check your discount configurations.
Discount is Active
From the discounts panel, you can set each discount or promotion as Active or Inactive. Make sure the one you are testing is Active.
Discount Validity Periods
For each discount, you define the dates when they are valid from, and valid to. Check if the dates are still valid on the day you are testing.
For example, if you have configured the promo to apply one week later, it will not show up today.
Out of Stock Gifts with Purchase or Free Items
For Gifts with Purchase (GWPs), if any of the free items is out of stock, the discount will not appear. Check if all of the free items are in stock. The discount will be highlighted in red when free items are out of stock.
Order Amount Condition
If you have set a minimum order or maximum order condition, check that the order you created meets those conditions.
Validate the Set-Up of Tiers
For tier-based promotions, this can be set-up in two ways:
- Independent Tiers: Customers can only qualify for one tier at a time. For example, Tier 1: USD 100 - USD 500, Tier 2: USD 501 - Unlimited. In this case, a customer can only qualify for Tier 2 for an order of USD 501 or above.
- Stackable Tiers: Taking the above example, Tier 1 would also be set up as USD 100 - Unlimited, and both discounts need to be marked as “Stackable = Yes”. If done so, the customer can qualify for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 promotions.
