Customers who wish to terminate AlphaNumeric SenderID (SID) SMS traffic to Ireland, must ensure they have correctly registered their SenderID (SID) with ComReg’s SID Registry prior to sending traffic.
To register your traffic please follow these steps:
1. Register yourself as a SenderID Owner (SIDO) with ComReg at https://senderid.comreg.ie/
2. Fill out the relevant KYC Information
3. Ensure that any 3rd Party Aggregators which will send your traffic to Vonage have been selected
4. Ensure you select Vonage as your OPA
5. Once Approved Vonage will be notified that we have been authorised to carry this traffic.
To check your SenderID is Registered Correctly:
- Log in to your ComReg Portal at https://senderid.comreg.ie/accounts/login
- Check ‘MySenderIDs’ to see the list of all SIDs you have registered
- Ensure that Vonage have been selected as the OPA
-
If not, click on OPA Authorisation and ensure Vonage is Authorised
-
Ensure all 3rd Party Aggregators you intend to use when sending via Vonage have been authorised by clicking the “Third Parties” button
