Sender ID Guidelines

Alphanumeric Sender ID
  • 28401 Mobiltel - Sender IDs will be modified to ensure delivery.
  • 28403 BTC - Sender IDs may be changed to a form of Short Code or generic alpha sender to ensure delivery.
Numeric Sender ID
  • 28405 Telenor - Numeric Sender IDs will be modified in order to ensure delivery.

Other numeric sender IDs are not supported unless offered by Vonage's 2-way service.

The numeric Sender IDs will be overwritten to ensure delivery.
Generic Sender ID Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc are prohibited, please use a representative brand or business name to ensure delivery.
