What are the requirements for launching a Rich Communication Services (RCS) Agent in UK ?

Answer
The Vonage Onboarding Team will assist you throughout the RCS onboarding process however we’ve compiled the information below so that you know what to expect during the United Kingdom RCS onboarding journey.
Requirements
- Video: During your submission on the customer dashboard you’ll need to submit a video and it must include:
- STOP functionality
- The message response to the end user replying “STOP”
- Opt in - the video will need to clearly show how the customer provides a number and also how they would consent to receive the messages from the RCS agent
- Privacy policy: please ensure that the link that you provide for the privacy policy references English law
- Terms of service: please ensure that the link that you provide for the terms of services references English law
Government Agencies: If you are a Government agency opt in is not required, however Vonage will need to be made aware; when you reach the mobile carrier requirements step in the process there in the dashboard there is an opt in field, please note there “Government agency”
